My skin has transformed within 4 weeks of my first appointment. I had severe pigmentation that ruined my confidence, Dr fab prescribed a skin care kit and I’m astounded by my results. It’s already taken away my pigmentation and my skin has never looked so bright and radiant in my life. It’s even firmer my pores have closed …it’s taken years off my skin ..,I don’t even need to wear makeup…I highly recommend visiting this clinic if you want to have your best skin ever …thanks so much.
I came across Enhance Clinispa a year ago and now I look better than ever! I have to admit that Dr Fab is extremely skilled. Compared with my experience in my home country, l can frankly say that not only does he have a good technique, but he can also accurately decide which treatment is best for you. Honestly, he rejuvenated my face so that it looks like I'm back in my 20's. Thanks a lot.
Beautiful clinic. I attended Enhance for a second opinion regarding very minor asymmetry in my left jawline and asked about the possibility of filler at the left gonial angle only. My original practitioner had advised that filler was not necessary and that adding volume in the cheeks or jaw could risk distortion, but I chose to explore another opinion. I was advised by Fab to have filler placed not only at the gonial angle, but also under the jaw and in the cheekbone area, totalling 4ml across both sides, with the explanation that this would create a lifting effect and look natural. Unfortunately, the outcome of the treatment left me with significant discomfort and a feeling of heaviness, and my face became noticeably puffy and distorted over the following weeks. By two months post-treatment, my face appeared wider, boxier, puffy, and uneven, with a loss of my natural contours. Although swelling reduced at 2 weeks, the overall appearance looked even more unnatural to me over time. I was also advised by Fab to return in January for additional cheek filler, after already receiving 1ml per side in August. At around 3 months post-treatment, I returned to my original practitioner, who felt the filler was unnecessary for my face and that it had altered my features in a way that didn’t suit me. She could clearly see prominent areas of filler and advised full dissolution, which I proceeded with across multiple facial areas. Additional filler had also been placed near the left temple area — above the left cheek, in an attempt to balance asymmetry, which unfortunately did not improve the result for me. In my personal experience, the treatment did not provide the lifting effect and instead added fullness in areas where structure was not needed. It also made the apple of my cheeks appear flatter and wider laterally and, over time, contributed to puffiness under the eyes. I also developed a large lump above my left gonial angle. When I raised this concern to Fab, I was initially told it was my masseter muscle. After further discussion, the area was dissolved and the lump immediately went down. A similar lump formed again and required a second dissolution. While the lump was present, it caused pain and discomfort. I was in pain even after the lumps were gone, which only resolved after my original practitioner dissolved the filler. A recent follow-up appointment included guided ultrasound imaging, which confirmed that some filler was still present and was subsequently dissolved. Further dissolving may still be required. Since this experience, I have consulted further and learned that some reputable practitioners prefer to avoid jaw filler in female patients due to the potential risk of widening, heaviness, and changes to natural contour. I also now understand that cheek and jaw filler does not create true “lifting,” but can instead add volume, which can cause puffiness and make the filler more visible when not clearly indicated. This experience has caused me significant emotional distress and has had a real impact on my confidence and wellbeing. I want to make clear that I was not pressured into any treatment by Fab; the decision to proceed was ultimately mine. However, I placed trust in the recommendations I was given and, in hindsight, regret not following my original practitioner’s more conservative guidance. I did not want to leave this review, but given the extent of the impact this has had on me, I felt it was important to share my personal experience. While the clinic environment itself is pleasant, I would encourage anyone considering similar treatments — particularly jaw and cheek filler, or treatments marketed as providing a “lift” — to seek multiple opinions and proceed cautiously. I considered adding a photo of how the filler looked just before dissolving, but do not feel comfortable doing so. - D Reply
