I saw Karen in March for a consultation and she was so lovely. She explained everything to me about the procedure and referred me to Aset Hospital. I had the procedure last week and Karen kindly took my stitches out for me today. I didn’t catch the receptionist ladies name but she made me feel welcome and comfortable. Very friendly and I would recommend My Face Aesthetics to anyone thinking of going there.

Went to see Karen today as want a tear through treatment. She recommended me not to go for that treatment and top of everything else she said at the moment I don't even need any Botox. Last month, I attended to have Xanthelasma, keratosis and mole removal. Once again, the customer service I received was amazing! The therapist spent time during the consultation explaining the procedure, the pros and cons. She told me what to expect during and after the procedure and gave me time to digest the information before making the decision to proceed. Throughout the procedure, she made sure I was comfortable, and explained everything to me in detail. The price bracket was way less than other clinics I had been to. And my experience here was better than any other clinic I have had treatments in previously. This is 100% THE place to go, I suffered with a facial mole that I've had since childhood and decided to get it removed for my 20th birthday, and thank god I did because my confidence has skyrocketed!
