Ben quickly identifies issues, with thorough explanations and background, in a friendly and patient manner. He gives plenty of advice regarding exercises and changes that could be made to improve the chance of avoiding recurrence of issues, then offering additional advice and ideas down the line as required.

I have been a regular customer for 13 years and usually a bi-montly session keeps me mobile. However I needed an emergency appointment on 05/08 in which Ben diagnosed and started the treatment for a prolapsed disc. I felt an immediate improvement and would definitely recommend Precision Chiropractic.

Have been a patient at Precision for many years and always recommend it to others. Was originally treated for a knee issue and have since had treatment for many other injuries. I have regular appointments throughout the year which has undoubtedly impacted massively on my overall health and wellbeing. Very professional friendly service providing treatment you can confidently rely upon.

I have suffered from back pain, sciatica and muscle spasms for year. After this latest spasm i made an appointment with Kat. To say this lady is a miracle worker is an understatement! There is a huge improvement and I’m no longer aching or in any pain and I’m lot more mobile. Kat is very thorough, knowledgeable, professional and makes you feel at ease straight away. She explains everything she is doing as she goes along so you understand the treatment. Don’t suffer like I did, make an appointment and let Kat help you like she helped me!

Very effective treatment–I have had treatment from Kat on numerous occasions for fibromyalgia. The treatment is quick and very effective. Kat is someone who puts you at ease straight away and is always very friendly and approachable. Kat never ceases to amaze me! Since i have been seeing her regularly my pain levels have been so much better. I would definitely recommend treatment at the south wales spine centre!

After a week of constant pain, discomfort and no sleep, a visit to the Doctor resulting in lots of different medications I decided to call katrina, and wow. Im feeling so much better, a little sore but that's understandable after over a week of trapped nerves. Will be back for a few more sessions to get me tip top, but looking forward to a full night, pain free sleep. Thankyou so much.

Been seeing Joe for a while and without seeing him I would not be able to funtion with my lower back issues, hes very good at what he does and any issues I have he can sort, Highly recommend.

I have lived with back pain since 2005. Had other treatments but not much success. I have been having sessions with Jo for a few months now and the progress is remarkable it has changed my life.

When I went to Caerphilly Chiropractic Centre in January I needed a stick to walk and my mobility was poor. A friend recommended them (though initially I had some doubts as to the effectiveness of this treatment for a 78 year old). I was amazed at the difference only 2 sessions made, and my mobility has continued to improve. By March I no longer needed a stick to walk and another benefit of feeling much more supple, was losing weight as I walk much more quickly. Ellie has been amazing, and has helped me so much. Everyone there is friendly and pleasant - I recommend them most highly. If you have problems then give Caerphilly Chiropractic Centre a try, I'm sure you will soon feel the benefit. - JC Reply
