I was diagnosed with spondyeolethesis/spinal stenosis and scheurmans kyphosis . I had a spinal fusion wherein I was pain free for a short period before the pain returned with a vengeance! I was advised by the Consultant to have physiotherapy and contacted Dr Sandra Brown of Caerphilly Physiotherapy Services, who initially gave me an exercise programme and manual spinal manipulation working with me constantly encouraging me with her expertise when often I felt close to giving up. I have physiotherapy once a week as I’m on a maintenance programme which enables me to keep mobile Sandra has effortlessly continued in her professional capacity to run an extremely efficient and excellent practice. Thanks for your continued support.

At Sandra Brown Physiotherapy services I always receive a friendly atmosphere, putting me at ease through examination with explanation of injury sustained. Treatment if required was good, with excellent advice and an exercise program to follow. What would I do without her putting my mind at rest, she gives me the opportunity to compete and do my best.

Dr Brown is a highly professional ‘hands-on’ practitioner. She quickly to gets to the roots of any condition requiring physiotherapy treatment. Better still, she seems to have that highly skilled knack of combining latest treatment techniques with vast experience to provide fast, on-going relief.
