I can not thank Caerphilly Hypnotherapy Centre enough for my very successful session just over a month ago. With a crippling fear of dental procedures and a tooth extraction booked at the dentist, I arrived at my session crying. My session lasted a little over half an hour, where I was at my most relaxed since I'd had my dental appointment through. I was taught relaxation techniques to use while I was at the dentist the following day, along with being hypnotised, but I really didn't need them as the hypnosis had worked. I had no fear or feelings of panic while having my (stubborn) tooth out and it was not an easy extraction. I am so glad I had the hypnosis, it's definitely taken away the irrational fear of dental procedures I previously had. Thank you once again.!

Highly recommended after being a smoker for around 30 years I booked with Pauline last Friday and have not touched a cigarette since. I am not having any cravings or urges to smoke. Thank you very much.
