After months of doctor appointments and physio sessions for a painful shoulder, my husband finally talked me into coming to see his own chiropractor, Mette. In one session she not only gave a completely different diagnosis, but instant pain relief and a way forward. Now after a few sessions working on my neck problem I’m back doing the things I love doing – and the garden awaits! Don’t delay!

Everyone in the practice is warm and friendly. All treatment was explained in full and easily understood. My treatment has been successful but should a flare up occur, the receptionists, Irene and Carol, always manage to fit me in (even on arriving on the wrong day at the wrong time!) Jenny my chiropractor is extremely good and very gentle and willing to explain any queries you may have. I shall always attend for treatment in the future.

Great service for almost three years now. I initially came with lower back pain that was resolved quickly and I have returned on a regular basis to keep this at bay (and also any other aches and pains!) If you have not seen a chiropractor before, you should! I cannot recommend highly enough!

I have been going to see Dara now for a few months after giving birth. My back was completely crippled from all the lifting, sitting funny, breastfeeding and baby related things. I was really struggling to lift my daughter but I am now able to lift her with utter ease. Its been amazing and as I continue to go to my appointments I can feel my body getting back to normal and if anything a little stronger an straighter. Highly recommend 5stars all day long.

Dara and her team at Southside Chiropractic are fantastic and always meet you with a warm welcome. Have been attending since last year - initially for lower back and neck pain. I felt a huge improvement from my initial consultation/adjustment. I love that it’s a holistic approach to care given and I am now being supported by Dara through my pregnancy. Highly recommend.

Have been visiting Dara at Southside Chiropractic for circa 8 months now and would highly recommend! Have seen a few chiropractors in the past but Dara’s care and attention to detail is next level. All staff are very welcoming, knowledgeable and professional.

CHIROPROACTIVE REVIEWS

First, I booked an appointment with Dr Steven and explained my back issues and pelvis pain. After two sessions, I haven't only felt that my pain is gone, but also my core muscles got stronger especially abdominal ones. I also found his training exercises that he gave me really tangible in my core stability. Not to mention his lifting tips and focusing on my posture during gym and sitting exercises and that corrected many mistakes and made me stronger. I know I'll miss his appointments after leaving Glasgow.

Struan took his time to do a full assessment, asked all the right questions & was super friendly. I had issues with a clicking & aching ankle. He gave me the right tips & exercises. After enquiring, he also sent me a really extensive letter explaining my diagnosis for my insurance. Booking process was also super easy. Had to change my booking but a quick call solved the issue. Definitely recommended!

Went to see Steve back in June with a back issue that flared up again after returning to work from Maternity Leave. Steve is very thorough and after a short course of appointments he had the initial pain and discomfort addressed for me. I have moved on to maintenance now and through exercises at home and an appointment every 8 weeks I am pain free and building up the strength in my weaker areas. Definitely recommend.
