Phoenix Futures is led by Karen Biggs, who has served as Chief Executive following an earlier career in supported housing and homelessness. The centre provides residential, community, prison, and specialist services across the UK, offering psychosocial support to aid people on their recovery journey. They are passionate about supporting people as they work towards recovery. Their therapeutic team delivers personalised recovery care through one-to-one sessions, group therapy, and alternative therapies. Residents spend their first few weeks in a dedicated ‘welcome house’ to settle into their new surroundings before moving into the main programme for the remainder of their stay, which lasts between 3 and 6 months. The centre has 31 large, modern en-suite single rooms and is highly accessible for people with additional mobility needs.

2025 Update: They generally support people aged 18 years or over experiencing drug and alcohol problems. They are also registered with the Care Inspectorate to support those over 16 years of age.
