I am a retired nursery nurse. I have a husband, two grown up children and three grandchildren. I came to Thrive Wellness Chiropractic on a recommendation of my son, after many years of suffering with migraines. My Migraines started late 1980’s, food or drink could not be connected to the onset of a migraine. It was then said to be premenstrual as I was getting them once or twice a month. My GP prescribed several medications until one was found to be successful. This had helped me throughout my working years and enabled me to have a little time off due to the headaches. I have had several shoulder problems and whiplash injuries resulting in me now having spondylosis. After retirement the migraines were less frequent until early 2018. The make of my medication had been changed and were not working. It affected me playing with my grandchildren and having them sleeping over. I declined many social events when the migraines had set in. I am so thankful that I had taken my sons advice. The team at Thrive Wellness Chiropractic had been a God send. They are very understanding. Thank You.

At the end of last year, I started with pain in my left leg and lower back. I thought I had a trapped nerve. I went to my GP and I also has a couple sessions with a sports physio. I was on pain killers and nerve tablets. I was recommended to try Thrive Wellness Chiropractic from people I work with. I had an x-ray which identified my main issues. I can’t honestly say I feel totally better now and I would advise people to go. The team are all extremely helpful. Five-star care received from reception and chiropractors.

I can’t believe how fantastic Thrive Wellness Chiropractic has been. I am conscious of my posture and everyone else as well. I am always correcting how my friends are siting. My ability at the gym has improved and my PT commented that my movement is returning, and my strength is increasing. I wish I had been aware of the benefits as a teenager and the fact that it is a way of life and not just a quick fix to a problem. Thank You.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Jack, and to say it was incredible is an understatement! I had a shoulder injury from the gym and after he asked some questions to identify exactly where the pain was, he got to work massaging the problem area. He was thorough, polite and extremely professional… 100% recommend and will absolutely be back for a further massage!

I’ve been using a few of the services. I came to see them originally for my lower back after having my 2 sons. I started with Gary and had a few chiropractor sessions which fixed my tilted pelvis. Recently I’ve been to see Trixie for reflexology and again such a game changing experience. I’ve also been recommended to go and do some rehab with Jack. I’ve done this twice now and honestly my back feels completely new. The first sports massage I was really nervous about as I knew it was going to be painful. But the pain was worth it as now my lower back is completely different. I would honestly recommend all these services as they are all so professional and happy to help. Thank you all :)

I had a couple of reflexology sessions and I loved them. Trixie is super friendly and welcoming, and I felt super relaxed during the session. I would highly recommend her.

Where do I start from the phone call to the lovely receptionist to when you walk out, The service provided is 10/10. Dr Ashraf is a god send he really knows his stuff and is such a Gent really really helpful and honest with his work, His work ethic is out of this world. Just to add on I have been coming here for over a year now with all sorts of issues relating to muscle pains which incur in the gym. I can honestly say every time I have left that building I feel as good as new. I Will forever be grateful to this practice.

My partner Carl has been to see Mohammed today and his services where brilliant, he has fixed my lower back problem today which is amazing thank you Mo, highly recommend people using his services, straight down to earth and direct to your issue he is great

Really recommend this chiropractor - I was able to get an appointment straight away and Dr Ashraf was brilliant. He thoroughly explained the issue and talked through the treatment. He was extremely professional and caring, and the difference in my movement in a week was impressive.
