Gemma is always so professional and meticulously pays attention to detail. She explains every part of the procedure and makes you feel at ease. I’ve been adamant for years that I wouldn’t have Botox but as the years have gone by I have felt like I need to start that journey! With much apprehension, I booked with Gemma. What the heck was I even worried about! Gemma aced it as usual and I should have done it years ago. She’s also lasering off my brows from years of microblading and tattooing, first session took out loads of colour! I can’t wait to let her work her magic on these bad boys again! Thanks as always Gem, you’re a star.
