Having had previous poor experiences of dentists, which led to my nervousness, I was in need, and Apollonia House was recommended to me......oh my goodness! My experience couldn't be better! I've had 4 appointments with Liz and can not praise her high enough. I have so much confidence in her expertise, professionalism she is also kind & friendly and explains things really well, leaving you very comfortable in her safe hands. The reception staff always give me a warm welcome, all the staff I see show compassion and are friendly to a wide range of people. I worried about costs, but the practice is very transparent and gives good information with options. For the quality I have received, it's been worth every penny. A big thankyou to all, especially Liz for your exceptional care.

Had my first dental treatment here today, I’ve always been extremely nervous to go to the dentist and have put it off for quite a few years now, soon as you walk in you feel at ease, the receptionists are lovely and welcoming, the whole place has such a calm vibe about it. Laura did my treatment today and she put me at ease so so much,I’ve never had such a positive and nice experience at the dentist and now I won’t be nervous to come back! Thankyou so so much!

Have been going to Apollonia house for many years and have always been suitably impressed by the level of care and service they offer. The practice is so lovely and clean and clearly very well run. The staff are all extremely welcoming and considerate. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my dental health. Thank you Apollonia house!

As a family we have used Bupa Royton for a number of years now. The staff are both professional & caring & we wouldn’t dream of using anywhere else. Just before Christmas last year, my son, who goes to a uni away from home, chipped both front teeth. After calling them late in the day, they managed to get him a 15 minute slot for the next day. Thinking he’d have to come back again, they did the full treatment there & then so he could get back to uni. The Dentist was absolutely fantastic & the reception staff were so helpful & understanding! Always have a great experience here & wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My daughter was really worried about going to see the dentist. She is only 3 and has very few visits due to the pandemic. Reception staff were friendly and welcoming and the dentist and thier assistant put her at ease. She enjoyed the experience in the end and she that she would be happy to go again. I have been a patient here for 10 years and travel to attend appointments as I trust them; they make it clear to me what and why they are advising specific treatments and I never feel pressured into making any decisions. I wouldn't go anywhere else now!
