I cannot speak highly enough of the level of care and expertise that I have received from Olwen whilst receiving back treatment at Pontypridd Chiropractors. Every effort is made to firstly identify your issue and to then explain the necessary treatment,and this is done in a friendly manner and made easy to understand. I have felt reassured at every step of my treatment and have always found my questions to be answered very fully and clearly. You are in very safe hands with Olwen and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to anyone suffering back issues.

I visited Olwen yesterday for the first time had a neck adjustment and all the way through my appointment she was very reassuring and mentioned everything that was happening and what she was going to do. Ill be having a few follow up appointments with Olwen and I cannot wait. After my first appointment my neck felt so much better. Olwen is a very friendly bubbly person and just makes you feel at ease. Thank you so much for your service would highly recommend.

In my experience Very helpful always happy to accommodate an emergency appointment at the reasonable time . Easy payment options with competitive prices and while I have been there has always helped with any back problems I've had, my wife says I walk out taller after an adjustment so very happy with the results.

Amazing service given by sands clinic. Rang for initial apt as was in so much pain with my neck and head and was offered consultation with Megan the same day.Megan was fantastic very friendly,caring and welcoming made me feel at ease straight away. Have had 4 apts so far and am no longer in pain.Great reception staff too. Cant thank you all enough. Would highly recommend to anyone who is having pain.Thank you.

Megan is my chiropractor and is always friendly positive and professional, I felt that she treated me as an individual to my needs and went above and beyond with her care and compassion . Several sessions later my back is so much better and hopefully I'll get back rambling soon. Would totally recommend Sands clinic . Thank you!

I went for my first appointment last week after being in a lot of pain in my lower back for a few days..struggling to stand upright and walk properly. My wife had been treated by Diego last year for a problem with her shoulder so I went there with a bit of confidence. After my first appointment I managed to walk out pain free and upright. Diego explained everything he was doing and why. Put me at ease straight away. Would highly recommend his healing hands.

Diego has been brilliant I called to him 3 weeks ago with with a back problem Iv been suffering for 8 weeks with excruciating back pain which got to the point where I couldn't work, I'm now back in work and all I can say is thank you very much, I can't believe the difference, he cares about your overall well being as well as treating your pain . Highly recommended.
