I recently received treatment at My Dentist Tonypandy and I had a great experience with the treatment coordinator Katie. She was so polite and helpful throughout my appointments . All around - great practice and great team. Would highly recommend.

As positive an experience I could reasonably expect at a dentist considering I have periodontitis. The issue was explained clearly and the rational behind the treatment covered. All good.

Had an appointment with the hygienist, Catherine & Hannah, they were very nice and welcoming. They were quick at getting the job done.

I recently underwent an Invisalign, bonding and whitening treatment with Dr James Grandfield at the practice. I can only describe the experience as perfect. From the ease of booking, to the care and attention I was provided from start to finish. James and the team were very welcoming and I am very happy with the results. James provided excellent advice and support throughout the treatment. He took the time to provide detailed insight regarding the treatment which put me at ease. It is clear James really cares about his patients and I can’t recommend more highly. Thank you again team for my amazing new smile.

Haven't been to the dentist in over 4 years due to a previous bad experience and James eased my worries and dealt with my treatment quickly, efficiently and without pain. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially those who have had unpleasant past experiences. Thanks again to the whole team.

Had a friendly warm welcome from a lovely lady dentist this morning, she took time to speak about my medical history and family life. A pleasure to meet her we also spoke about breastfeeding as both nursing mothers this really was a delightful experience.

Julie was very friendly, reassuring and explained everything in lots of detail so I could understand it correctly. Great value and great treatment.
