Fantastic one to one service in the Tesco Talbot Green store. The lady went above and beyond to make sure I had the right frames and lenses and even went to extra measures to correct them when they weren’t quite right at first. She was very pleasant and friendly and I would be happy to go back again. Thanks

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Holly was great and helped me a lot with my varifocal lenses. Not a huge selection of frames, but this is to be expected at a small outlet.

The process undertaken were incredibly thorough. The optician was very informative and professional at all stages and there was no feeling of being rushed. I would happy go back again for a check up.

Had headaches with optical auras and the staff fitted me in straight away for an eye test, scan, pressure and peripheral vision test. Excellent service from start to finish from all members of staff. The optician, Isobel took the time to listen to the issues I was having and address them accordingly, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. All of the staff and the optical assistants had a great chairside manner and customer/patient care, ( only caught Steve’s name). Will continue to have my eye tests here as the staff always make plenty of time for you even when they are busy and under pressure.

Been going to specsavers for a good number of years. I have had very good advice over the years. Staff very friendly and are wonderful when it comes helping to choose items for yourself. Plus they are always take time with each client.

Excellent experience. Well cared for from booking in all through the eye test, results were explained. Lovely caring staff

Fantastic staff can't do enough for you I have been going here for 16 years and the first time my eyes was very bad they have come on so much with the help of gwyns

Decided to try this opticians. The staff here are lovely. I'm deaf so I'm not the easiest customer during an eye test, but they were excellent and sorted out my slight issue very promptly. I'll be in again for more glasses.

Been going to this Optician for a very long time and they have always been lovely to me. Great service always.
