I am a septuargenarian, and my health care plan involved weekly chiropractic adjustments over 3 months. Photographic evidence shows a significantly improved posture. My lower back niggles are now non existent and tennis elbow was cured on the first adjustment. My movement on tennis court and walking is much freer alongside a more general sense of well-being. I thank Tarryn for her treatment and highly recommend Purpose Chiropractic.

I have been to a number of chiropractors over the years, but I have to say that the chiropractors at return to health are all very good amd I wouldn't fmgo anywhere else. Both myself and daughter usually see Abi, she is fantastic at her job, she always makes you feel at ease and I always cone out feeling so much better, I would highly recommend her to everyone. Also if your looking for a massage, Tara is amazing, if I could afford it I would have a massage every week, she offers a various types of massage and holistic treatments. Huge thank you to all the staff at Return to Health.

I had the most amazing reflexology treatment with Tara today! Her room is lovely and cosy and she makes you feel at ease and calm right from the start. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the treatment but afterwards I was left feeling really relaxed and calm. Will definitely book to have it done again!

I doubt I would still be in work if it wasn’t for Hannah and the team. I struggle with Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI), and the treatment I have received has been amazing. All the staff are so friendly and professional, and the treatment literally life changing. Highly recommended.

Excellent place and everyone is so nice and friendly. Been coming here now for a number of years now as I have suffered in my early 20s with lower back issues. I took the plunge and booked a consultation. Sian was great from the 1st consultation identifying my needs and treatment giving me exercises and stretches to do. I'm now able to keep active and do not have that worry of suffering with back trouble now. I now attend every 3 months and look forward to these appointments as I get to see the team and having a good catch up with them.

I have been seeing Sian now for over a year now and she has made such a tremendous difference to my aches and pains. I had been on painkillers for many years for a long term joint/muscle condition and now am not only pain free but medication free as well! Sian has worked with my body and given me exercises tendon between times to maintain my flexibility. Best decision ever!

I have had ten appointments so far with Ghazal and I am free from knee pain, shoulder pain and the tightness in my lower back has significantly improved. My movement is so much better and this combined with prescribed stretches and exercises has enhanced my fitness levels and overall wellbeing. Highly recommend.
