Very lovely staff. My daughter was struggling with the pain of an ingrown toenail & couldn’t cope with the treatment but Joe was so nice & patient & offered to use a local anaesthetic to numb the area. Another gentleman joined Joe and helped treat both feet. A couple of the ladies working there also came in to distract my daughter while treatment was being done. I’m very happy with the service & advice given & will definitely be booking in for surgery to stop this reoccurring problem happening to my daughter.

I visited today with an ingrown toenail that has been causing me increasing pain for many months. Victoria looked after me and had me pain free within about 10 minutes, her care, professionalism and personality put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Highly recommended.

I had 2 sided nail surgery by Meryl and it was completed perfectly. It didn't hurt one bit and the staff and podiatrists were fabulous and welcoming. The after care was explained carefully to me and the operation itself was performed professionally. Will be using their services again.

After having suffered from terrible foot pain for the last few months, I decided on Monday late evening that enough was enough and messaged The Vale Foot Clinic. I wasn't expecting a reply until the morning (which I would have been impressed with). However, the reply came back very quickly the same evening. I was able to arrange an appointment for the same week! I had my appointment with Matt, who was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, he explained everything in depth to me and gave me an excellent treatment plan and thorough advice on how to help my foot get better. The service I received has been amazing and wouldn't think twice about coming again if needed.

Well that was worth every penny Jo was professional, informative and brilliant gave me great advice and talked me through what treatment she was doing on my ingrowing toe nails and cracked tough skin I am definitely intend to keep going, to stay on top of my feet (excuse the pun) do not hesitate if you are thinking of making an appointment.

Thanks! I felt very confident in their ability to help and it was a very comfortable atmosphere. Communication was really clear. Highly recommend, friendly and skilled team with a wide range of services.
