3 Best Opticians in Vale Of Glamorgan, UK

I’ve been using Arbuthnot Opticians for most of my life and thought it was time to write a review after my most recent purchase of a new pair of glasses. I find their level of service and care towards their customers exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. A really friendly and welcoming place. I highly recommend Arbuthnot Opticians.

I had an eye checkup the other day which was performed by a lovely young lady who I think is called ragina, apologies if I spelt it wrong but she was very professional and curtious to myself and definitely knowledgeable so I would like to thank her for a very pleasant and relaxed eye test session.

As usual staff extremely polite, eye test very thorough, excellent optician, extremely quick service in receiving my glasses, all in all an excellent optician.

Can’t recommend enough. I struggle with astigmatism, and finding available contact lenses that work is a frustrating problem. Rebecca has gone out of her way to find a lens prescription that works for my eyes, she is very patient and fitted me in for appointments very quickly. For me, knowing you will see the same optometrist at each visit is gold. They remember your name and it takes the hassle out of something that is very personal and urgent to sort out. Very happy.

I simply can't speak highly enough of the wonderful staff and care I have received from Penarth Eye Centre. Their customer care is second to none. I can highly recommend this fabulous business.

Excellent emergency care regarding a contact lenses problem…I was visiting Penarth, I was treated with great professionalism. I’m sure they would be great opticians to receive regular care from.
