Had a very pleasant interaction with staff and management yesterday afternoon! There was an item of clothing which was on one of the display mannequins that I liked and couldn't find anywhere around the store so I asked a member of staff who had a quick look around and couldn't find anything, instead of telling me they're out of stock and apologising like I'd expect a minimum wage worker with a busy job to do, she not only went and checked in the back but when she still couldn't find the item I wanted she contacted her management who came out to me with 2 other employees who apologised and after around 10 minutes found the item of clothing I wanted! They went above and beyond for what I'd expect from a big clothing company who generally have dismissive and unhelpful staff, left feeling pleasantly surprised, superb workers!

Always a great shopping experience, but even better than that, when I suddenly became very unwell in the changing rooms the staff went above and beyond to look after me & keep me calm. I'm so thankful for the great support & care shown to me at the Merryhill branch, in particular Kat who went above and beyond to look after me.

Huge & great choice, had an exclusive range & bought some stunning wide leg evening trousers x

I visit rarely but picked up a few dresses as I'd got a Love to Shop voucher to spend. Nothing ,outstanding, just everyday items. There's always something new here as stock turns over quickly. Couldn't find a tankini or bikini bottoms in my size, must be lots going abroad as we all need some sun.

My little girl left her new toy in this store and we didnt realise until after closing time. The next morning I called the store and the assistant must of spent ages searching for it because she found it in a place we had not been. My little girl is super happy, thank you for you help.

We shop back to school here every year. Great value for money and the quality is also good. Also absolutely love their nightwear. The dressing gowns are especially soft and snuggly.

I came in looking for a bikini top. Walking in, the place was very clean. There were no clothes on the floor, everything was hung up neatly in order of size so it was very easy to find my size. I tried the top on in the changing room. The staff member was very friendly. I waited it the queue, it was long but it went down fast. When going to pay, the staff member at the till made me feel very welcome and was very friendly. She had lovely customer service skills. I will definitely return.

Good range of clothes made it easier for me to shop for the wife however the isles for the till cue were far too narrow with my 7 month old daughter in her pushchair luckily I had my mother in law there to look after her whilst I cued otherwise I probably wouldn't have purchased anything.

I brought a pair of black shoes in kitten heel. Ordered them on line through New look in Merry Hill. They came with in 2 days and I collected them from the New Look store in Merry Hill. I am very pleased with my shoes they fit perfectly as I always need to have wide fit. I will definitely shop there again
