I would like to feedback on my positive experience in your Brierley Hill store today. Soon after entering your store, I was met by a sales assistant called Abs. I have been putting off buying a new mattress for a while now and was apprehensive, knowing it would likely be expensive. Abs was polite and not pushy at all, simply leading me through your assessment process making every effort to see to my need. I found Abs to be both friendly and knowledgeable, giving me all the time I needed to try multiple mattresses until I found one that felt right for me. Abs made the whole process easy from first contact to final payment. I can't speak highly enough about him. So rarely do you receive such excellent service, in fact I can't recall the last time I did. The next time I hear of a friend in need of a bed, I'll say go and see Abs at Dreams, Brierley Hill, Waterfront Way, You won't be disappointed.

Went to Dreams in Brierley Hill. Got helped by Abs, the manager I think. Absolutely top bloke. We took the bed test which was fun and informative. Abs then patiently showed us numerous beds that fitted the profile from the test. We left with our new mattress, some pillows, a quilt and a protector....and also a good discount for blue light workers. I cannot speak highly enough of how welcome and valued we felt. Both Abs and H were excellent. I've no doubt this will be my go to store for bedding. Thanks guys.

This was a nice shopping experience. The salesman, Andrew, took care of my wife and I while we were there. We used their machine to see which mattress would suit us and chose accordingly. He offered us a good deal including a hot drink while there. Would definitely recommend this store to anybody looking for a new bed and/or mattress. 1st class service.

Brilliant company I went to store an spoke with manger zaff he is friendly an was really helpful towards me especially being a wheelchair user he went through all the options as I recently moved into my property carpet elite has put flooring down in all my property throughout I can’t say how well an fast they was the fitters are so polite an helpful an if I needed anything I just called up the store for zaff the fitters matched my flooring excellently even cut some bits for me I wouldn’t go anywhere else my home now looks beautiful down to carpet elite fully recommend and I’ve already recommended to family members an friends thanks again for being helpful an making my home complete Hannah.

After shopping about looking for a carpet, I visited here and immediately, the customer service was outstanding. They helped us pick out a carpet and shared expert advice. Elite never fail to disappoint I’ve used them for years. Prices have always been , good quality and customer service is always excellent. I no longer live in Dudley im just outside Wolverhampton but they are still happy to commute to me.
