My Husband bought me a new wedding and engagement ring. We were served by Kath who couldn't have been more helpful if she tried. She was patient and friendly, she offered us all kinds of advice. Her helpful, friendly manner made the whole experience a memorable one. Kath had to order in the size l needed for one ring, told us it would be in store the next day and it was, we were notified it had arrived and were given tracking information along the way. When we collected the ring, Kath also cleaned one of my other rings for me too. Overall Kath is brilliant and we would thoroughly recommend H Samuel Merry Hill.

A very warm and welcoming approach from Ellie upon our arrival. Ellie was most professional in explaining the Ear piercing process to my daughter and I, she was very attentive. Ellie chatted to my daughter, which aided her anxiety. The whole process was simply perfect, my daughter chose her earrings, all risks carried out and voila all done. I picked some wedding rings up on behalf of my son, when I got back home I noticed one was marked. So the following day I took it back. I was seen by a lady named Kath, who sorted the problem out. We visited the store recently to purchase a 21st birthday present for my daughter. We were served by Jay who was so helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble, Jay was very patient with my daughter and gave her some really good, genuine advice about what to purchase. We didn't feel under any pressure to buy and even though we said we might not be purchasing today, Jay still gave us fits class service and he didn't loose interest in helping us! Bought a lovely looking item . The staff we're very friendly and helpful. Had an issue with item when purchased but was resolved promptly. Was kept informed throughout the whole process. Aftercare was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this store and staff. Really happy with purchase.
