5* customer service from Omar during my visit yesterday. I went in to view an iPad and was unsure about my options, Omar went through all options with me to get me the best deal. I also mentioned my Virgin Media internet connection and they helped sort out a better deal. I also left with a better deal on my sim only contract, which was a very nice surprise. All round positive experience. Omar shown great resilience, professionalism and overall great customer service. It’s always nice to leave a store happy about your purchase. I will be returning to the merry hill store in the future

Visited the 02 store in Merry Hill this evening, I’d had a problem with fraudulent SIM cards on my account, spoke to Nathan, explained the situation, he then contacted 02 customer services and sorted everything out, after a stressful day worrying. Nathan was brilliant really helpful, 5 Star Service Received

Dealt with a worker by the name of Anisa, she went above and beyond to ensure we got the best deal and package that was suited for us. She made the experience of changing internet simple and easy.
