I love this primark. It does get very busy and the clothes can get a bit scuffled up from lazy customers not folding them back but this store has such great variety. It's on 3 levels and well spaced out. The queues for the tills always seem endlessly long but they go down rely quick. Staff are friendly enough.

Grandchildren had a great time in Ninja tag. Activities to suit all ages. Lovely polite,helpful staff. Very clean. Will definitely be visiting again and recommending.

Holiday shopping and loads available in the sales. Stocked up and ready to go. Staff were really friendly helping to find particular item.

Okay, so the staff here are lovely. Very helpful and with a great sense of humour. They helped us try to find what we were looking for and offered suggestions when it wasn't available. Even at the self checkout they were engaged and smiling.

My go to place to buy my Cargo Pants. They have the right sizes and right leg length! There are a lot of T-shirts with nice designs as well without the Heavy price. Decently priced items versus going to branded (expensive brand) products online or on local shop in the middle of Swansea. Parking space is good. Its also a good safe place to drop off or collect your DPD parcels. Highly recommended.

Needed some new shorts for the summer, matalan always has a fantastic range of mens clothing, with great prices. Like coming here for a browse through housewares.

NEW LOOK SWANSEA REVIEWS

Love new look most of my wardrobe comes from here,had a lovely dress,really nice on and what I loved most it's got pockets,would have got the green but didn't have my size,nice and light for hot weather.

Always the most helpful staff always help me find what I want, one of my favourite shops in the city centre.

This New Look store is massive. Tegan and Bella are amazing.
