I spoke with Sarah, I asked her for the firm bed locations, Sarah showed me the beds and left me to try them, advising to try in all sleeping positions, not just my back. I felt comfortable and was able to take my time. Sarah was very friendly and put me at ease. I had some pillow questions too and Sarah helped me identify the one that worked for me. This is a friendly store, I called back a few days later and felt it was the sort of store I could just call into for a cha

From the team in the Fforestfach store who were friendly, informative and amazingly helpful, to being able to alter the delivery many times and finally the excellent delivery team!! We are chuffed to bits with our new beds and would highly recommend Bensons after our experience.

Great service from Ailsa, her knowledge on the products, advice on what mattress to get was 5* service. She let us try many mattresses, and we came away with what we were looking for at a great price. No pushy sales, just great honest customer service.

Easy parking, great selection of beds and excellent service. I was very impressed particularly by the latter. Well worth a visit if you need a new bed. Worth mentioning, free delivery, free disposal of old mattress and bed frame which are either given to charity if in re-usable condition or recycled (as much of the materials as possible).

I don't think I would go anywhere else. Excellent choice and prices, knowledgeable staff, and the delivery guys are great, all set up and old bed taken away.
