Fantastic local jewellers. I purchased my wife’s engagement ring here a few years ago after a family member’s recommendation. Spencer and his team helped me pick out the perfect piece which my wife adores to this day. She had it resized the day after the proposal and they were able to return it to us very quickly. We bought our wedding rings here too. Their specialist team also do jewellery repairs to the highest standard. They have a wide variety of precious stones at very honest, competitive prices. When I occasionally pop in I’m always greeted with a friendly chat and helpful advice. Spencer’s charm and personable nature is renowned all over Swansea. Without family run businesses like Spencer Morgan, our town would be a poorer place. Save our city centre - please, shop local!

Fantastic service! I needed to get my engagement ring resized so took it in to Spencer and he did it there and then for me within the hour. All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and they clearly have a lot of expertise. I was measured and they explained to me what the resizing would entail, as well as aftercare to prolong the life of my ring. Spencer is clearly very skilled and really knows his stuff! A real perfectionist as well as a really lovely man. Definitely recommend!

It's fantastic ! I am thrilled with the repair of my ring. I had to have new claws, and the stones reset. It looks like new. The service was amazing. The assistants were so professional, friendly and caring, and the workmanship was brilliant. It really does look like a new ring. Thank you so much. Amazing service from Victoria at Swansea Gold Reserves, even though the stall was busy we were never rushed. We had a few bits and bobs of gold and were given a tremendous deal to sell it. Very Happy, Thank you Victoria.

Had a couple of small 9ct gold pendants with chains which I no longer wear, so popped into Swansea Market branch, & was served by Kay. She weighed my items & gave me a quote which I was happy to accept. The whole process was quick & easy - with no pressure & very friendly service, so I'm happy to recommend.

A most helpful and professional service from Kay this morning. The total was way beyond my expectations. Even though the store was busy Kay took the time to advise me, for which I was most grateful. I cannot praise the service enough.

I had the best ear piercing experience with Emily in instore, really reassured me and calmed me down. Reena helped me massively with choosing a new watch and Kimmy cleaned by jewellery exceptionally. The store manager Lynsey is great and very motivational!

Harley sold me my mrs engagement ring. She went through lots of options until we found the perfect ring. And thankfully SHE SAID YES!! Thankyou harley we will be back for our wedding bands. Great service, reasonably priced.

My partner purchased an engagement ring here and it was stunning! I think the lady who served her was Emily and she was so kind and patient with my fiancé! The fact that she mentioned Emily means she must have really gone the extra mile!! Would recommend!
