Left my PC with Wizard as it would not update to Windows 11 despite the Main Board Supplier stating that it should. Received a phone call shortly after saying that they had fixed the problem and it was ready for collection. Upon collection was advised that it was a simple job taking only five minutes and there was no charge. It was simple to them but obviously not to the likes of me. Our PC had been gradually getting slower and finally reached a point where it would no longer download or install Windows updates properly. As a result, my Wife suggested that we contact Gordon and see if he could diagnose the problem. Within about half an hour (or less), he was able to fix my Wife's laptop and determine that our hard drive was on its last legs. He recommended replacing it with a Solid State Drive and quoted us a very reasonable price for the work. Once we backed up all of our files etc., we handed the machine to Gordon and, within just 4 days, he had it back to us, working faster and better than ever. Absolutely recommended.
