Mark is really friendly and knowledgeable and made sure our security wants and needs were all met. He kept us updated and arrived on each occasion exactly when he said he would.
All his work is tidy and cables are hidden where possible. He makes sure everything is just perfect and adjusted his quote, making it less for us to pay, when he realised we didn't need one of the door contacts, he didn't have to do this. We'd have been non the wiser. Mark refused to take payment from us until he was sure everything was installed correctly and the apps on our phones were all working and that we understood how to use them. I would definitely recommend him for any CCTV and alarm requirements.
Just had a new Ajax alarm fitted by Mark which makes our old system look antiquated. He gave me a price over the phone which I was very happy with and came and fitted it on my return from holiday. He was very friendly and professional and the service was first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.
I have ticked all the boxes because Mark did a great job, and such a lovely fella. I won't hesitate to use him again. Thank Mark.

I had a problem with my alarm system that I have just move into a new house and the alarm kept going off all the time and I rang mark at Chorley CCTV & Alarms at late at night and he was the only person who answered my phone call and told me how to switch the alarm off in which it work and the alarms went off and I ask him about if he could fit me a new alarm system and I ask him what would he recommend to me and he said Ajax alarm system and he give me a price which I thought was a very good price and he said he could do it the next day and told me what time he would be here and I have to say he was on time and explained about the alarm system and how it worked and he fitted it for me and he also cleaned up after himself and nothing was to much for at all and why he was here I have a problem with my cctv system and he fix that at no extra charge and he is a very nice bloke to deal with and would do business with this company again if I could give them 6 stars I would and I would recommend to anyone to use this company for alarms and cctv systems.
