Had a great work experience here for one week, with me and my friend building two computers, one of which is currently on display (unsure about the second one). Jay was quite busy but still found time to teach me the skills to build a PC in an easy and simple way, which really will help me in the long run, since I did not know how to do so prior. Would recommend if you are into computer related stuff and would like to learn some skills into completing IT related tasks.

Excellent service and price! My son was moving to University and his PC needed a WiFi card, extra RAM, and a new cooling system. Jay gave some great advice, explained in a simple way, and without overselling. From the point of phone call at 11am, the PC was ready 24 hours later. Add to the that, Jay updated the PC to windows 11, gave the PC a software clean, and a physical clean. I got the PC home, set it back up to test, and the WiFi performance was very slow. Phoned Jay at 7.30pm, he picked up the call and asked if I had connected the WiFi attena ... Doh... works an absolute treat!!. I couldn't recommend Jay and his team enough.

Jay has been first-rate in sorting out my computer problems. He has also given me advice on security issues, such as viruses. His prices are very reasonable, and I often ask him if he is sure that he is charging me enough. He also provided me with a new laptop, which again, was a very reasonable price. Jay is a friendly person who I trust. I could not speak more highly of him.
