I would like to thank Wendy and her team for the care, compassion and articulate attention to detail, not only to my son and I, but more importantly in how you cared for my dad. Wendy listened, and nothing was to much trouble or impossible. When I became lost, Wendy guided me. I had a clear vision of my dad's wishes, and when I wobbled, Wendy was my back bone.The support given throughout has been outstanding and it is still there now.You are all so professional and respectful. I opened my door to a stranger, and Wendy left my home as a friend. You and your team went above and beyond from start to finish to give my dad the dignified celebration to his life he so rightly deserved. Thank you to each and every one of you. Absolutely faultless.

From start to finish Wendy and the team carried out the wishes of my brother and the family. They gave us options and choices in order that we could make decisions at this difficult time. They treated my brother with respect and made the arrangements in order that he had a faultless cremation. A particular thank you to Wendy for the service provided and her compassion and the celebrant for understanding such a complex unique character. Perfect service all the way through and I'd never trust any other funeral directors as I do joseph and lesley O'connor and team. Thank you so much.

I choose this small family business because we went to them when my sisters daughter passed and they went above and beyond for us, unfortunately we have had to go to them agian for my mum , and they were amazing from the get go , Wendy has such heart gold and Joseph was amazing with my daughter and nephew on the day , honestly such a lovely family and the support they had give us as family was such amazing. 100 percent amazing family and small business wouldn’t go anywhere eles talked us through everything and listened to what we suggested we wanted for my mum special day and Wendy helped us pull it off with the beautiful horses to such lovely service. Everything was so special and excalty how I asked and wanted :) big hugs the Welsh family xx.

Mr Graham Tresidder and staff were professional, empathetic and supportive throughout the loss of my husband. The service they offer is faultless, they made a traumatic day run smoothly and a fitting tribute to ones loved one ,with excellent respect shown to family and friends throughout this sad time.

Very compassionate and considerate. I had known Dave a long time with out really knowing him and he did not make it feel awkward at all. He was superb with everything. As was everyone. Everyone shows a massive understanding. Big thanks to everyone on the 2nd hardest day of my life.
