Really excellent service, John answered my initial enquiry within a short period of time and I arranged to take my laptop to him a couple of days later. He could have done it the same day but I was unavailable due to work commitments. He scanned my computer for viruses and gave me a professional printout of the results all within a couple of hours. Would recommend highly and will use again in the future for both my own personal use and the company I work for. 5* service.

My computer locked and my all important e-mail account became unavailable. Found John and from the start he was so helpful and explained everything in terms I could understand! Problem resolved extremely quickly and professionally, all is good again and panic over. Thank you so much John.

Darren is a very genuine and helpful person. I am truly satisfied with the job he did. I gave him my ASUS laptop, which had a longtime hardware issue with overheating. On the same day, he detected the problem as being with the hard drive. He performed data recovery and installed a new hard drive after providing the cost for that job. In addition, he upgraded the RAM and did the interior cleaning free of charge.

Castle computers, specifically Darren offers really good service. He’s fast in replying and quick in figuring how to help. Even though my laptop couldn’t be fixed because we couldn’t get its motherboard, I’d still go back next time with any inquiry. Thanks Darren.
