My mother was a resident at Himley Manor for the last 9 months of her life. During this period the staff provided excellent care and facilities. Himley Mill is a clean, bright, well-laid out home with easy access to lovely spacious rooms with many offering magnificent views across open countryside. The staff were exceptional providing professional care in a cheerful, helpful, friendly and diligent way. The home provides excellent food, laundry facilities etc. and entertainment and trips out to residents able to participate. Visitors are always made welcome 24 hours a day with tea/coffee/biscuits always available. This is an excellent care home - highly recommended.

My husband has been in this care home for 10 months now and I feel happy how he is cared for. I visit him every day and I am thankful to the home that I can be with him at mealtime to help him. The staff always make me welcome and are so friendly.

My father has only been here for 12 days but so far I am pleased with the care. The staff try their best to keep him comfortable and to encourage him to eat.

Great home, excellent staff. Family member was taken care of here n was very well looked after during her time here. Staff were very helpful and polite and always kept me informed. Myself and my family always felt welcome when visiting at any time day or night. Food is great, they offer a well balanced diet and the choices often vary. When visiting a few time activities we're taking place, such as dancing, exercise class etc. Would 100% recommend.

Went to visit a friend with her mum. Staff friendly, and very welcome. The one carer got a wheelchair, and took her to the car. Thank you very much.

Residents are well looked after always happy. Meal choices are sufficient and at a high standard. Care staff are attentive and caring.
