Chiswick Computers was excellent. From the moment of contact I felt I was dealing with professionals who would take my issue seriously. My problem turned out to be complex but the engineer, Stephen, stuck with it to the end to make sure the problem was solved. He even checked in afterwards to make sure everything was up and running properly. I was deeply impressed by the his work ethic, professionalism and focus on detail.

Steve provided a great service, so good I've given him more laptops to repair. I have been kept upto date during the whole process. Will certainly be using again.

Steve has provided me with tech support for more years than I care to remember. He's very responsive and his expertise ensures that he solves the problem with the minimum of fuss. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

I've always been reassured and greeted with patience when I am in a panic about my equipment such as my phone being broken. Communication in person and when repairs are happening is great. Messages get sent very quickly. Pricing for repairs, spread out before and after for diagnostics and deposits is fair and clearly labelled in invoices and messages. This all leads to a very reassuring and ideal experience. Absolutely no complaints. Trustworthy and very helpful! Thank you!

Most amazing repair shop in crouch end who picked up my phone call instantly and fixed my laptop so fast! The best repair shop in London - I went all over the city trying to find anyone who would solder on the usb port to my hard drive. Nowhere would do it without charging full data recovery prices (completely extortionate). These guys did it in an hour for £30 and saved me hundreds of pounds, as well as years of data.
