I wanted to review this wonderful funeral directors. I've sadly had to use their services twice, but with my recent bereavement, I had no hesitation who I'd want to look after my loved one. Their staff are all so caring, professional and thoughtful. They are open, honest and transparent about the care of their deceased and will be open to any questions you may need answered. Their offices are bright and welcoming and their mortuary is in the most beautiful building with a family room adjacent. It's not dark or dismal, it's a place that when my time eventually comes, I know I'd like to be there, be cared for by the Poppy's team.

Our whole experience with Poppy's was exceptional from start to finish. Our point of contact, Lily, was so kind, caring, patient and understanding and guided us through every stage of the process in clear and gentle steps and with her help we were able to make my father’s very specific wishes for his ‘non-funeral’ a reality. It could so easily have been a horribly stressful experience, adding to the already devastating experience of losing a parent, but thanks to Lily and the team at Poppy’s it was the exact opposite. I felt an enormous sense of relief once my dad was taken into Poppy’s care, I knew that he was being looked after with the kindness and respect that he deserved - and we also felt incredibly well cared for ourselves at every step of the journey. I would have no hesitation in recommending Poppy’s. Thank you so much.

The team at Poppy's are faultless. They provide a great service and are just lovely along the way. They took care of everything for me and nothing felt like too much trouble. Great communication and from the moment I spoke to them, I knew I was in good hands for them to arrange the funeral for my mother. They helped give her the best send off with the least amount of stress for me.
