Chris is the most knowledgeable and helpful computer guy I have used. His friendly manner is right up my street, with no sign of patronising, just what an OAP needs to allay the fear of the damm machine !! He is welcome in our house any time, particularly as his basic charges are surprisingly low, and continuing support often happens and results in a shrug of his shoulders when asked, how much?

Chris was recomended to us by a friend and was very helpfull and efficient - as well as reasonable - our previous computer people were extorionate and didnt explain things cleary but Chris went out of his way to make sure we both understood what we were needing done and even made suggestions to improve our network which we had never thought about. I would have no hesitation in recomending him to anyone - in fact I have already recomended him to several others. thanks Chris

My ultra-complex gaming desktop was definitively beyond dead and I was already thinking about a decent burial to my desktop buddy. I contacted Linda and she was extremely professional, available, positive and efficient. Linda was impressively, and unrelentingly, adamant in resolving the desktop back to full life. Linda managed to do an awesome job and my desktop works even better now than it did when I purchased the machine three years ago. I give the very highest recommendation to Linda as a most capable, professional, hardworking, and honest computer repair technician genuinely deserving more than five stars.

Computer died and wasn't looking good. Tinkered about for a while but no response. So arranged to bring the pc to Linda at Computing by Inches. She explained the possible reasons and the possible outcomes(!) but after a couple of hours I got a phone call to say all was well and she had brought it out of its coma. Sorted! Efficient service and good value.

I had a leak in the ceiling, just over the laptop. It was flooded when I discovered it. I brought it to Linda and she managed to dry it and make it run again. Perfect service, fast and good price. 100% recommendable.
