This is our third experience of using the Perth branch of the Coop Funeral Service as our parents have died in extreme old age. We have just had another exceptional experience of the sensitive high quality service provided by Helen Russell and her team. Lindsay Bedford also deserves a special mention for the care and attention demonstrated on the day of the funeral. From initial planning through to delivery of the service, I could not fault the experience. With grateful thanks.

The whole process of arranging a funeral for our son was just a nightmare to even think about but the support, compassion and guidance provided by Helen and Sonny was wonderful and everything Helen did for us on the day made it all easier for us to cope with. The respect Helen gave to Craig was heartwarming.

Helen as always goes above and beyond to accommodate all the families wishes she is the reason we chose coop funeral care.
