First time using the Control Panel and can't recommend it high enough, I will definitely be going back in the future. Had issue with my son's old PC, and got quick honest advice and help at a great price. The communication throughout was excellent and friendly from Melvin and the other wider team. Recommend for repairs and purchase of new equipment.

I recently had to find someone who could repair my laptop and chose The Control Panel. Best decision I ever made as Melvin and his colleague so friendly and helpful and explained the problems in simple terms. Will definitely use them again for future IT needs.

Fixed computer quickly and efficiently. Recommended storage back up and installed. Excellent price too. Friendly service. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommended - would use again.

What can I say, When I collected my phone from Ja it was at 7pm and he was in the middle of servicing his own car! he stopped everything and took me into his purpose built repair studio to give me my phone back complete with all the agreed repairs done and for a very reasonable price. It took a few extra days for mine to come back as he had correctly identified that I was willing to wait for the best parts solution due to being an older model and his advice paid off. Cannot be happier with the service. Would recommend.

I can't thank Jay enough for restoring my email. His patience was incredible with me. I do recommend him for his determination to fix the problem I thoroughly recommend him.
