Tris was very helpful in fixing my mothers PC, his response was very prompt (2 day turnaround) and quality of work was excellent. Also I thought the cost of replacing mum's faultly hard drive was very reasonable. Best of all was that he came to her home, diagnosed the fault (hard drive) took away the pc and returned the next day all working 100%. Happy mother , thanks Tris

Fantastic service. Tris replied swiftly when I enquired about help with troubleshooting a fault with my computer. He arranged a visit that was best for me and simply explained the issue and best way to deal with it. He advised me on different options of how he could help and didn’t pressure me one way or another. He was genuinely helpful and I will definitely be contacting him for any further computer assistance!

Excellent level of service. Within a couple of hours of contacting Tris he collected my computer and then returned it the following day fixed. He was very clear what the problem was, that he could fix it, and quoted the price (which was inexpensive) upfront.
