I went to Mallock Road Garage for the first time, on the recommendation of a friend. I was visiting Torquay and had what sounded like a bearing problem on my journey down. I dropped in first thing on Monday, half expecting to be told "Sorry but we're fully booked" (which happens every time I try to book work in with my main dealer) , but the lovely man at Reception said that if I was happy to leave it with them, they'd have a look. They correctly diagnosed wheel bearing failure within 30 minutes of me leaving the keys, and subject to my approval they'd order the parts for the same day. I picked up the car on the next morning, and the price was really reasonable, too. Given that I am not local, didn't book in advance, and needed it done within 4 days as I have to return home, I did not expect the high quality, compassionate service I received. My dealer at home would also have charged me £150 + VAT for the diagnostic check. It looks like a family run business, but with enough staff to be able to be so accommodating. 5 stars from me; I am thoroughly impressed. Thank you SO much.

MADE MY DING DISAPPEAR! 1 garage said they would filler and spray my 20p size ding and it would always be seen unless I spray the hole side of the car! Confidents massaged it out in about an hour.
