Over the last couple of decades or so, I’ve had occasion to use Computa-Tec several times for both major and minor repairs. Each time, the service has been first class: fast, efficient and at a very reasonable price. Mike, the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He’ll give you good advice and won’t charge you for work that doesn’t need doing. A few weeks ago, the charger for my HP Zedbook became faulty. I wasted hours trying to find a suitable replacement on the internet but without success. Next day, I went to Computa-Tec. Mike had one in stock at a fraction of what I’d expected to pay. Needless to say, it works perfectly. Cannot recommend too highly.

Always great service. Mike gives honest and good advise even if it means a loss of business. I have been to him a number of times and trust his opinion.

Honest, reliable and reasonably priced. If you need laptop/pc repairs or new or refurb computers then you cant go wrong with Mike. Have used him for 20 odd years and wholeheartedly recommend.

Really good brought my pc in and he explained everything what wrong with the pc and how i can fix it all tho recommend really good guy.

Wife's laptop was so slow as to be unusable. I have a similar machine which had a similar problem, resolved by a change to SSD. Rang Bailey's, agreed to take the wife's laptop over and was pleased to have my suspicions confirmed. The laptop was left for repair and Bailey's rang with a price, and collected next day with a new SSD and doubled RAM - now works very quickly, and all at an excellent price. A real honest and very good person to work on your computer. Very happy with Tony: he did a good job. Helped me in a very desperate moment. He worked on my Lenove Touch Screen PC that was broken after a drop and fixed it for me. I can surely recommend him.

Had great service, was able to look at my computer quickly and listened to the problem I thought I had. After a quick look, He was able to solve the problem and update the computer for me. Would highly recommend. More importantly very honest and kept me informed through out.

Fantastic work, he was kind and considerate, genuinely interested in helping out. Found the problem and gave solutions and help speedily on the same day. Strongly recommend any computer issues in the area to give him a chance to help.
