Donna and her team at William Mitchell Funerals made the whole process of arranging my husband's funeral so much easier than I anticipated. The compassion shown to me and the rest of the family was outstanding. Donna and Alf took the time to welcome my children in to their office and explained what would happen during the funeral meaning that my girls had a better understanding and were as prepared as they could be for their Dad's funeral. I chose William Mitchell's for my Mum's funeral and couldn't be more pleased by the way I was looked after by Donna and Alf. We have used Jennifer Ashe and son on a couple of occasions now for family funerals. They have always been friendly and attentive and John and the team have always gone above and beyond for us. We couldn’t wish for a better service and after care for our loved ones and us.
