Tibor was incredibly prompt at responding to the online form I submitted via his website and then diagnosed the problem within a few hours, resolved it and delivered the laptop back to us by the following evening. He took his time to explain the issue and offered very good value - highly recommended.

I contacted KeyTech Computer Solutions when my laptop died. To my surprise I got a response within a few minutes (on a Sunday evening!). Laptop picked up the next day, diagnosed and returned within a few hours! Excellent service, incredibly professional, highly recommended. Thank you!
