Winchester Heights is a beautiful warm and inviting care home and the staff are caring and friendly. I always feel welcomed when I visit and the residents always have so many activities to choose from. Very much recommend this lovely home.

A friendly and welcoming home. As soon as you walk you feel at ease, the staff are a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. You can see the other residents are enjoying their stay here and able to live well.

Winchester Heights is such a lovely home and everyone is so welcoming. The lounges, bistro and dining room make it feel very hotel like.

FLOWERDOWN CARE HOME REVIEWS

Sam and I were invited by Flowerdown and Barchester to visit today and see how the home has changed since undergoing a significant refurbishment programme. We were blown away by what we saw, both in terms of the building itself but also the gardens which were simply glorious. We had the opportunity to look around it and also to meet some of the staff and residents. It was a pleasure to have been invited and would have no hesitation in recommending potential residents and their families to visit and see for themselves.

Our father was in palliative care at Flowerdown Care Home in July 2023. My family were blown away by the level of care, kindness and support given by all the staff towards my father and also to us as a family. We are so thankful and grateful to everyone there, who helped enable our father to have a dignified end of life experience.

Always a really friendly welcome at Flowerdown, and they've just had a full refurbishment and it looks fabulous. The home and gardens are exceptional and Claudia always ensures we're looked after with great hospitality.

SHAWFORD SPRINGS CARE HOME REVIEWS

My father was a resident at Shawford Springs. It was like being at a hotel, as far as the beautiful building, decor and 5 star food was concerned. The welcoming staff are very open, especially Sonja and Chef Clifford. Their attention to requests was superb. Dad enjoyed trips to Stonehenge and the sea and was very busy with a full activity programme organised by Jo. It was nice for him to enjoy this care and company in his last 3 months. Thank you to all concerned, Sara.

Beautifully decorated care home in quiet rural setting. Staff very friendly, kind, helpful and efficient. Jo has a fantastic range of activities available to residents.

Beautiful setting with really Fri and attentive staff. Nothing is too much trouble. I'm so glad we found this home so close to us.
