I have to express my gratitude to the people at Parcelforce in Middlesbrough. Just spoke to a lady named Diane and she went above and beyond in helping me. Tuesday I had occasion to ring their office and spoke to anther lady who again went out of her way to assist after a failed collection from Hutton Rudby post office. Top marks ladies in the office and same to the drivers, excellent service, kind, courteous and professional. (Michael Clark)!!!!
