If I could give a million stars, I would. During what has been a very difficult time at the loss of our treasured mum, we could not have asked for better service. Nothing has been too much trouble, receiving phone calls to check on our welfare, making changes immediately when requested. Special thankyou to Rachel for making the whole process a little less painful, your service has been absolutely first class and we can not thank you enough. A big thank you to Steve aswell, again a very difficult and painful decision whilst chasing the headstone and wording was made slightly easier with your compassion and experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rose Funerals to anyone. Thank you to the whole team.

Yet again a first class service from the team. Unfortunately we lost both of our parents within 6 weeks but nothing. Was ever too much for Bella and the team. Constant check ins to make sure we were ok, Any queries dealt with promptly and all with compassion. Keep up the great work, Roses.

Thank you Gary for your caring service and dedication in arranging such a wonderful service for my beloved wife Barbara. The Requiem Mass, cremation and celebration afterwards at the Marton Cricket Club along with the flowers, catering and sundries were arranged in our initial meeting. Everything flowed perfectly. The family of Tony Dales would all like to express their heartfelt gratitude and thanks to all at Colin McGinleys for their wonderful service at such a difficult time. A special thanks must go to Gary, who was absolutely wonderful on the night of my dad's death and helped my mum out so much then, and all along the way. Could not recommend enough!

We're so thankful for everyone who helped with our Dads death and funeral. Everyone we spoke to was very kind and compassionate. A special thank you to Gary who organised everything and did all the running and chasing for the death certificate and funeral arrangements, you made a very hard time a lot easier. As a family, losing our dad suddenly broke us beyond belief. The whole team at Fawcett & Hetherington were outstanding in their compassion, respect and dignity towards not only ourselves but to my dad. They provided beyond 5* care to Michael and looked after him so well. The whole team truly understand the grief journey from start to finish and have made that journey for my family and I a little easier. Everything we wanted as a family for our dad's final day was perfectly carried out. My 2 sisters and I wanted to carry our dad on his final journey and although it was hard and we panicked and didn't know if we could do it, fawcetts did everything to make it work and we did. We got to do that for him. My dad was given an outstanding send off filled with love and care and for that, we will never be able to show our greatfulness. From the very bottom of my familys heart, thank you.

What was such a painful time we were supported through and felt in good professional compassionte hands. Our Mam was given a beautiful send off she choose well making her wishes known which were followed out perfectly.

Our extended family have used Fawcett & Hetheringtons since before 1990 and they have never let us down. Their professionalism and care has been a comfort so many times now. Don’t hesitate to book them if you are reading this and choosing a company, they are excelllent.
