“Art of Dance is dedicated to offering quality, affordable dance tuition, and to that end, all their staff are fully qualified and CRB-checked. Art of Dance was founded in 1992 by Suzanne Stuart-Burke to develop well-rounded dancers, promote kindness, and build lifelong friendships. Their team includes RAD-registered, RBS-affiliated, NCDTA, and PBT-qualified instructors and experts in various dance disciplines. Two instructors who began their dance journey at Art of Dance as children bring a deep understanding of the school's culture. The school offers exceptional facilities, including four mirrored studios with wood and Harlequin floors, a dedicated singing/drama studio, and state-of-the-art equipment. Their curriculum emphasises technique, artistry, and stage presence, aiming to develop grace, strength, musicality, and self-expression in every dancer. The school offers comprehensive training aligned with NCDTA and RAD grading systems, allowing students to undertake examinations and achieve recognition. They feature annual shows, including a major performance at the Customs House Theatre and a heartwarming Christmas show, providing a platform for every student to shine. Additionally, they prepare their dancers for various competitions and championships, fostering their technical skills and confidence. They now deliver Royal Ballet School Training and Rambert Contemporary Grades.”
