All of their staff are DBS checked and hold their teaching insurance along with the school's policies. Their adult ballet classes are an inspiring way to develop strength, flexibility, and coordination, and help develop a better range of movement and tone muscles. Their classes include an introduction to basic steps and terminology, both on and off the barre, and are suitable for beginners or those with some previous ballet/dance experience. Their facility features mirrored walls, fixed wall barres, sprung dance/performance flooring, and three studios offering a wide range of children's and adult classes. Natalie Woods School & AB Dance Studios provides separate male and female changing rooms, a parents' waiting area, and an intercom door system for safe arrival and departure.
