Excellent professional service. Clean, modern and stylish surgery. Jake the Dentist was professional, knowledgeable and very welcoming. Ella the nurse was polite, professional and totally put me at ease. Overall a fabulous experience. I am surprised at some of the negative reviews that have been posted recently. I have found the reception and management team to be helpful, polite and professional, and have gone over and above to ensure that I have an appointment at a time that suits me. This However, I am polite and reasonable with them so I guess you get back what you give. Great practice .

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. They were very understanding when my baby was reluctant to open his mouth and I dropped things on the way in, helping me pick everything up. We didn't have to wait very long at all to be seen. The facilities were clean and well decorated.

Me and the wife have just had our first appointment at sherwood reception staff and dentist were great very polite and helpful.

I always have pleasant experiences at Victoria House. Particularly during my most recent appointment, thanks to Ahmed and Emma. They noticed I was a little bit anxious and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were extremely professional and did amazing work. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Was nervous as my original dentist had retired and I was assigned to another dentist within the practice. Was treated professionally at all times in a friendly manner. A smooth check up was completed and I felt at ease the entire time. Thank you.

I had a tooth extracted which had split into two. It was a difficult extraction and the dentist did a brilliant job. I was so impressed and I suspect she was relieved! Natasha De Costa five stars.

ASCENT DENTAL CARE REVIEWS

Highly recommend this dental practice, especially if you are a nervous patient like me (due to horrible experiences with the school dentist "back in the day"). The dentist did everything to put me at my ease, explained all the procedures as we went along. Cannot thank Dr Shiv and Mora enough. Truly a pain free experience!

Staff are always lovely, recently had wisdom tooth extraction with Simon and Caitlin who did an amazing job and made it comfortable for me! Will be coming back soon to have a second extraction and recommend the practice to everyone

Care provided is always excellent and attention is also directed at how to clean and look after our teeth. The staff are all friendly and professional and it never takes long to book or rebook a clinic.
