Mandeep leads a top class team at LOIC, where everyone is 100% professional and competent as I would expect. Plus the main difference I feel is also with each visit I experienced the great vibe about the whole clinic, the staff are all so friendly and give off great ambience and a good sense of humour, meaning that it has been a pleasure to receive my treatment. My treatment was removal of two wisdom teeth to make space, followed by fixed braces and bands, the treatment lasted from Sept 2022 until June 2024. I have permanent fixed retainers and wear upper and lower trays at night. The results are brilliant and far exceed my expectations, with my issues of poor bite and misaligned teeth having been resolved so I now have a lovely set of straight and level teeth. Five stars for LOIC, I thoroughly recommend their services. JW.

Wow!!! This seriously is the best dentist I have been to! All the staff are amazing and thank you phoebe for being so caring and amazing and put me at ease, I highly recommend here, they really do an amazing job! Chandan hanji is absolutley amazing, without a doubt the best dentist I have ever been to, he really knows what he is doing, fantastic!!!! Thank you.

Mum has been a patient at this practice for a number of years, and has always spoken highly of them. However recently due to Mum having dementia, I have needed to accompany her to her appointments. All the staff here that I have come into contact with have been very kind, patient and understanding of mums condition and have made her visits easy and successful for her. This in turn, makes it easier for me, in that mum doesn't get agitated and is happy to attend for appointments. I would like to thank you all for your patience, understanding and kindness to mum, it is much appreciated.

Very professional and efficient practice. Highly competent, empathetic staff who take time to fully discuss and plan treatment. So glad I found this practice
