Staff always polite patient professional and patien in reception. Same goes for the dentist who puts one at ease and doesn't'mind answering all questions about a treatment plan. Had my hygienist appointment with Colin today and he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable, gentle, thorough and a really nice guy. Thanks Colin.

Myself and partner had first checkup with Mahan today. Found him very professional, explained all types of treatment we could have in great detail. Not rushed at all. Can recommend to anyone looking for dental practice.

Very pleased to be a patient here. They do try hard to fit you in in an emergency or soon as possible. Very grateful for this service as finding good dentists is hard. Recommended.

Needed an emergency appointment and got one within a day. Diego was wonderful and explained everything very clearly. As leaving to go back to Sydney in 10 days, recommended that I get tooth fixed back home as not enough time to do an implant. But also suggested that as the front tooth had broken off and was in perfect condition, put it back and hold in with my night splint….works perfectly. The reception staff Holly and Haley were efficient and very nice. Big thank you to Diego.

I have had a very traumatic experience in the past with a dentist and when I was recommended the Gentle Dental in Eastbourne I hesitated. However, Dr. Pujan was absolutely fantastic in his professional manners and not only he carried out the procedure in a pleasant pace, but he also made it absolutely painless and made me feel cared for. A friendly and approachable assistant together with receptionists made the whole visit - to my surprise - enjoyable. And a bonus - affordable prices

Many thanks to Dr Sehinson for his very calm and professional manner whilst extracting two of my teeth. I was really anxious but he and his assistant made the whole process much easier than I had anticipated. The pain was really well managed and this morning I’m drinking a cup of tea without problems. The practice certainly lives up to its name.

Very pleasant experience overall. I had just one concern. The dentist said I could only have a route canal treatment if I paid privately with him. He wouldn't (or couldn't) do it through the NHS. I hope he wasn't just trying to get money out of me... I have to have the tooth extracted now.

Very pleased, reception very clean and organised. Appointment on time, dentist very nice and explained the procedure well. I had an extraction which was painless and quick. Very pleased and thank you very much.

Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere.. Even my kids love going to the dentist with how friendly the staff treat them and the stickers they get at the end. Would definitely recommend regular check ups.
