I felt as though my hip and back issues were thoroughly understood by Ryan and had great follow through with the 6 week hip and knee gym sessions at Sovereign. Then had two individual follow-ups. Between them the progress has been great, I am very pleased with the outcome. Thanks again. It’s a good program.

Following a dance-related injury, I came to see Dan here and he provided me with guidance and exercises to help my injury to heal. I also had regular sports massage with Ryan and I’m now feeling much better. All the team has been very friendly and welcoming, and I’d recommend 4Front physiotherapy to anyone.

IPERSONAL PHYSIOTHERAPY REVIEWS

I was referred to Ipersonal Physiotherapy from Benenden Health. I was under the care of Miss Fatima Kaliq who was extremely competent and professional. Over the course of 6 consultations, my condition improved out of all recognition. I started being able to walk only with considerable pain, which diminished to little or nothing by the end of the treatment. I was given excercises to perform between appointments and the progress week by week was very noticeable. I would thoroughly recommend Ipersonal, and in paricular Miss Kaliq. A very big thank you.

I was very impressed with the physiotherapy services I received at I personal Physiotherapy. Irina Parreira was so kind and welcoming and put me at my ease immediately. She is a highly skilled professional who gave me excellent, consistent advice and support with my problem. I felt safe and comfortable throughout and was always treated with the utmost dignity and respect. I can not recommend this practice highly enough.

Irina was incredible. So friendly and amazing at what she does. I felt like not only did she help my shoulder. But I had a therapy session every time I went in there. I couldn’t recommend enough, and have already told friends about irina and the team. 10/10.
