We booked Christian for our wedding in September 2025 and he was brilliant from start to finish. We booked him alongside some wedding singers and they worked seamlessly together to make the perfect evening! In the run up to the big day Christian was easy to reach to confirm plans and sort out the finer details to make sure everything ran smoothly. He also has a handy booking portal where you can list songs you’d like to have played at your event (as well as any you don’t want played). On the evening itself he did a great job of understanding the vibe and tailoring his playlist to suit it, taking on requests from our guests which I’m sure they appreciated! And on top of all that he is super friendly and even sent us a video on the morning of our wedding wishing us well which was a great touch! Would not hesitate to use him again for another event.

Christian was amazing!! He gave us the perfect wedding dancing. I was being complimented on the playlist all night when in reality it was all the DJ. Only needed to provide a dozen or so songs and a few genres, and he did all the rest. Definitely took the pressure off, which was very important considering all the other wedding admin we needed to do. Would definitely recommend!!

We are still buzzing from Christian's incredible DJ set at our wedding. He did a great job from start to finish - was friendly, easy to work with, a great artist, mixed songs perfectly and selected the perfect tunes to keep people on the dancefloor from start to finish. What can I say about Devoted Events & Jimmy in particular that hasn’t been said a thousand times over? From our initial contact 2+ years ago to the day of and after the wedding the communication and care has been exceptional! Jimmy is a true gentleman who couldn’t do enough for us, from last minute changes to music and sourcing seemingly impossible music to find! We were the clueless couple That put our trust in him and his years of experience and we were not disappointed in the slightest! All my guests were so complimentary of all the details that came from Devoted events! I can’t recommend them enough! I want to do it all again!

Jimmy DJ'd our wedding day and was fantastic! From the moment we met Jimmy on zoom, we knew we were in safe hands. He was very professional and is clearly an expert in the industry. He is very good at keeping the dance floor full and knowing the right songs to play - many were partying right until the very end! Amazing professional service from Devoted Events and Jimmy. He MC’d our day at Layer Marney Tower and was flawless.
