ROWAN SANDS PET HOTEL REVIEWS

Danielle and James recently looked after our cat and dog whilst we were away on holiday. They are a fabulous couple who genuinely care about the animals. James has such a calm nature when it comes to the dogs and you could see how much our dog, Ruby adored him. The kennels and catery were clean, well presented and comfortable with lovely beds and fluffy bedding that had been heated up for our arrival. James sent us a video whilst we were away that showed our girl absolutely loving life. Would highly recommend Rowan Sands Pet Hotel.

We booked Otis in for 11 days when we went on holiday, I was very unsure about putting him into boarding, but on the visit James put me at ease straight away! He was just a message away if I wanted to check in and was very well looked after! It’s more a home from home. I would and have highly recommended this place to others and we have rebooked, wouldn’t use anywhere else. Danielle is quick is getting back to me also if I have any questions, perfect home from home place. Thanks for looking after him so well ????

Both of our Labradors have done individual trading and boarded with James & Danielle at Rowan Sands. They are always happy to go and are in great spirits when they come home. James is a top notch trainer. With only a few lessons, they are obedient and (mostly) well behaved. More importantly we now know what we need to do! Thank you

JIMACKIE PET SERVICES REVIEWS

Bella has been visiting Jimackie for about a year now to get ready for her holiday in October. She loves it and has great fun playing with the other dogs and getting out and about to lots of different places. All the dogs have the run of the house and get treated like part of the family. I feel very comfortable leaving Bella knowing she is well taken care of, given lots of cuddles and attention by Jackie and Jim. The daily videos and updates make going on holiday easier know she is having a great time too.

Our cockapoo has been going to Jimackie every week when we are at work since she was a puppy. She loves her time there and Jackie and Jim love her as if she was their own dog. It is great peace of mind to know that she is being so well cared for when we are at work or on holiday. As first-time dog owners Jackie has been so helpful in assisting us with training. We would be lost without them and can't thank them enough for everything they do for us.

Oscar ,my 2 year old show cocker ,spent just over a week having a great time staying at Jimackie Pet Services this summer. It was great to find somewhere that was able to feed him his raw diet without a problem. It was also great to see him on the videos they posted throughout his stay,all the great walks he was having.. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and when we go on holiday again ,Oscar would love to spend his holidays with Jim and Jackie

JULIA'S DOG CARE REVIEWS

I would highly recommend Julia to everyone who loves their dogs. Julia was looking after my dog for a couple of days and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I have been receiving regular updates about Lexi and photos from her daily activities. Knowing that Lexi was so well looked after allowed me to enjoy my time away from her. Lexi came back home very happy too. Julia is amazing in what she is doing and you can see all dogs loves her too.

Julie took fantastic care of our dog Islay when we went on holiday, she sent us daily updates and pictures of all the activities she did with islay. She even bought her a new Kong ball when islay lost her original. She clearly has a passion for what she does and is extremely professional and capable. Would highly recommend and will be definitely using her services again

I cant recommend julia enough. She took so good care of my dogs while i was away. Made me feel relaxed knowing they were both happy and taken care of by julia. 5* service wouldn't book anyone else to have my dog's
