We just finished our puppy class with Heather and loved it! We learned so much and really looked forward to attending each week. Our puppy loved Heather, the other dogs and humans, she would get so excited when we were pulling into the driveway each week. Everything was thought of and managed well, dog - dog greetings were kept to a minimum to reduce excitement etc, we were given snuffle mats to keep the dogs busy during down moments and the facility was nice and cool even on hot days! I'd recommend to any new puppy owner in the area! We have just signed up for the next foundations class!

SpiritedDog training and behaviour team are absolutely brilliant! Lauren helped me with work with my reactive rescue dogs to make our walks more relaxed and enjoyable. We also tried Felix in an agility class. I was nervous to introduce him to other dogs due to his reactivity but both Lauren and Hollie were brilliant with helping me manage introductions. Felix and I thoroughly enjoyed our Agility rookies course and I’m so proud of all the progress he was able to make!

Highly recommend! So far, we are on our fourth course (2x obedience, 2x gundog) and can't wait to try the scent work and agility courses. Blue is an energetic dobberman/malanois cross, who was very nervous and struggled to focus around distractions. However, through continued training and with the support of the SpiritedDog team, he has made giant leaps. He is much more confident and is learning to be focused around other dogs. He's a big dog and we found that previous trainers were reluctant to accept him into group classes. Despite his appearance, the team were totally unfazed and have always been really welcoming. The groups are full of dogs of all different, breeds, shapes and sizes. The classes are always super friendly and there's zero judgement....which is good because blue is usually the class clown showing us up!

Tamzin has been a godsend in helping us deal with a serious case of sibling rivalry. The younger dog developed a tendency to be reactive and being a large dog, it was a real worry. Working one to one, Tamzin taught me to read body language and gave me strategies to manage the problem with distraction techniques and calming activities. Chester is now a different dog and daily dog walks are now a pleasure rather than a stress filled chore. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Tamzin is absolutely wonderful. With a very excitable Labrador who loves to be everyone’s friend, Tamzin has helped us learn brilliant techniques to help keep him focused. I’ve really enjoyed all the sessions we’ve had and know that we’ll be able to continue putting what we’ve learned into practice for all sorts of new situations as they come up in the future.

This was the first time taking my super lively 3 year old Springer to a training session (post lockdown), so I booked with Tamzin as I desperately needed advice regarding my dogs anxious behaviour towards visitors and pulling on the lead. Each session covered a variety of focus techniques, which have been brilliant in building towards a calmer more focused and happier dog, we’re using these within our daily routine, which are definitely making a difference.

We adopted a rescue Staffy. We thought we owed it to the dog to give him the best chance of a lovely life with us. He was amazing in the home, but an anxious wreck outside walking on the street. Reece taught us all the tools we needed to communicate with the dog and how to slowly introduce these skills outside. Now we have a relaxed little sweetheart that trots along at a really good heel, looking up at us because he understands “we’ve got this, you’re safe”. We’ve been able to take him to a Music festival which welcomed dogs this summer & he loved it. There’s a little more work to do, but we are confident we can help him to overcome anything.
